1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
In rare cases of high order volume or unforeseen circumstances, order processing may be delayed by a few additional days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment, we will notify you via email or phone.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Delivery (within India): 3–7 business days – Free on all prepaid orders
- Cash on Delivery (COD): 5–9 business days – ₹99 COD charge applicable
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.
3. Shipping Charges
Prepaid Orders: Free shipping across India.
COD Orders: ₹99 COD fee applicable at checkout.
International shipping is currently unavailable. Stay tuned for updates as we expand our global reach.
4. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email or SMS once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of dispatch.
5. Delivery Issues and Delays
Although we partner with trusted courier services, delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, operational issues, or festive surges. KREWSH is not liable for delays caused by courier partners but will assist you in tracking and resolving any such issues promptly.
6. Incorrect Address and Non-Deliveries
Please ensure that your shipping address, pin code, and contact number are accurate. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details. In case of a return due to wrong address or failed delivery, re-shipping charges may apply.
7. Damages During Shipping
We take utmost care in packaging your order securely. However, if your order arrives damaged, please:
- Save all packaging materials and damaged goods
- Contact us immediately at support@krewsh.com with clear photos of the product and packaging
We will investigate the matter and arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
8. Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us within 48 hours. We will coordinate with the courier service to resolve the issue.
9. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
All orders within India are inclusive of applicable GST and no additional tax will be charged upon delivery. For international orders (when available), customers are responsible for any customs and import duties imposed by their country.
10. Force Majeure
KREWSH shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure in shipping due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, civil unrest, or restrictions imposed by governments.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date. Please review this policy periodically for any changes.
