1. Return Policy

You can return your product within 7 days of receiving it, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
  • It is returned in its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number/email receipt) is provided

2. Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Customized or engraved products
  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or accidents
  • Products without original packaging or missing components

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be credited within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

4. Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at support@krewsh.com within 48 hours of delivery. If approved, your product will be redelivered within 5 days.

5. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at support@krewsh.com with your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos (if applicable). Our team will guide you through the return process.

6. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product received. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
